I can honestly say that Tom has been one of the most easy to work with customers who has worked tirelessly to get to grips with an internally undocumented and non-change controlled system before coming to our organisation to help bring it up to date. Tom’s level of detail is second to none, his enthusiasm and engaging personality have made him an absolute pleasure to work with.
Tom joined us during MFA rollout project earlier in 2020 when we required someone who could hit the ground running within Change & Communications team. He quickly picked up the work and produced high quality communication deliverables. His creative out of the box thinking, attention to details, proactive can do attitude and fit for purpose mindset resulted in high quality communication deliverables which were appreciated by the business stakeholders and higher management.
Tom worked on a number of projects in my time working with him including;-the redesign of the main company website, the launch of the a new 848 Comms division and the creation of sales collateral and other digital content used in webinars and customer communications. Tom certainly has the eye for the creative and is capable of combining this with his knowledge of digital tools such as Mailchimp and Photoshop to deliver engaging content.
